矛盾十诫

矛盾第一戒: 人是逻辑不通、不讲道理、只顾自己 ，但不管怎样，还是要爱人。
People are illogical, unreasonable and self-centred. Love them anyway

矛盾第二戒: 你做好事，别人说你是为自己打算。 但不管怎样，还是要做好事。
If you do good, people will accuse you of selfish ulterior motives. Do good anyway

矛盾第三戒: 你成功以后，会获得假朋友和真敌人。 但不管怎样，还是要成功。
If you are successful, you win false friends and true enemies. Suceed anyway

矛盾第四戒: 你今天所行的善事，明天就会被遗忘。 但不管怎样，还是要行善。
The good you do today will be forgotten tomorrow. Do good anyway

矛盾第五戒: 诚实与坦率待人常使你受到伤害。 但不管怎样，还是要诚实坦率。
Honesty and frankness make you vulnerable. Be honest and frank anyway

矛盾第六戒: 眼光远大的人，被心胸狭隘小人攻击。 但不管怎样，还是要眼光远大。
The biggest men and women with the biggest ideas can be shot down by the smallest men and women with the smallest minds. Think big anyway

矛盾第七戒: 人都会同情弱者，可是追随赢家。 但不管怎样，还是要为弱者奋斗。

People favor underdogs but follow only top dogs. Fight for a few underdogs anyway

矛盾第八戒: 你多年建立起来的东西，极可能毁于一旦 但不管怎样，还是要建设。
What you spend building over years may be destroyed overnight. Build anyway

矛盾第九戒: 别人急需帮忙，你帮了忙以后竟然被他们攻击。 但不管怎样，还是要助人。
People really need help but may attack you if you do help them. Help people anyway

矛盾第十戒: 你把最好的自己献给了世界，却大大受挫。 但不管怎样，还是要献上最好的你。
Give the world the best you have and you’ll get kicked in the teeth. Give the world the best you have anyway.
